It has been known that protein - protein interactions are crucial for biological functions. Generally, a protein interacts with 3 to 8 other protein molecules. It has become important to in silico predict the interfaces between protein - protein molecules. In their recent research article Northey T.C.(2018) et. al. have explored the use of a  structural predictor (based on structural information of protein) to predict protein interaction interfaces and compared it to other widely  used methods
